Anyone taken <b>cooking</b> classes at Truly Jorg&#39;s?

I’ve heard of people getting edible cakes there (glad that was your experience), and also that the chefs change - but Jorg’s does seem to consistently produce some really nasty stuff. Cooking lessons? LOL.
