VAIL, Colorado — Adam Hall hopes he can give the Vail Valley’s deep-fry oil new life. Hall and his Boulder-based company, Rocky Mountain Sustainable Enterprises, are building a plant near Denver to recycle used cooking oil into biodiesel that could power cars and trucks.
