There has been an ongoing debate about whether or not acne can be caused by (or worsened) by consuming junk food. Some people contend that when our bodies are healthy, we are less susceptible to acne and other conditions and illnesses.Eating well and living healthy is the first step to becoming healthy. Others don’t agree in the least. These folks think that acne is a genetic factor rather than a dietary one. Other people believe you can be acne free in 3 days. If your family has a history of acne, you may also be next in line to get it, if you do not have it already. This group also thinks that the stress level of someone is linked to their acne issues.

The more stress someone is under, the more likely they will develop this skin condition. Having calm nerves help to quell the onset of acne problems.

The cause of acne is not directly linked to junk food, at least science says so anyways. However, there is not lot of evidence to the contrary either. Some people think the school of thought that junk food causes acne to be nothing but a myth. It continues to be great fodder for debate.

Having a great complexion is the result of eating well and not many people will argue that.Your body will suffer internally if you have too much junk food. Your best bet would be to stick to a diet that contains plenty of fruit, water, and proteins.

A person’s body will start showing signs of being unhealthy when too much junk food is consumed. In some people, this will lead to acne, in others, it will not. In fact, there isn’t a real answer either way. Therefore, the best thing to do would be to have a well balanced diet.

This allows people to throw any the medicine and become healthy. If acne is still prevalent then they can at least rule out that junk food was not the cause.
