Doing a photo shoot involves a lot of scheduling that is why a timeline is important.A timeline gives you ample time to take those most important shots in a wedding.  Not only will you be prepared but you can be ready to capture great moments.So with that in mind we are going to discuss some of the important things that a photographer should do before and during the wedding.

First of all determine when you are going to take the family photos.  As a San Diego wedding photographer I see that the timing of this is different for every wedding.Some people would like to pose for pictures before the wedding.  This allows them to avoid the hectic time after the wedding.Others prefer to do it during the wedding.You will be more prepared if you can determine when this will happen.

Next important thing to know is the schedule of the start of the wedding.This would let you prepare for shots of the guests that are arriving.  As a San Diego photographer this is a great time to capture candid shots of your guests.  You will also be able to get everything ready for the big ceremony.

Finally you will want to know what time the reception is.This is important since it would let you know how much time you can have in the wedding itself.In other words, you would know how much more shots you can take in the church or wherever the wedding is held before heading to the reception.  Doing wedding as a San Diego event photography allows me to coordinate this big event to run smoothly.With these kind of events you do not want to be disorganized.

There goes some of the most important things you should put in a wedding timeline.It should help you during a wedding photo shoot.A wedding involves a lot of things so it can be very stressful for some.It can put a lot of pressure for all those that are involved in the event.As a photographer, you would not want pressure to disrupt your work.  You want to be relaxed so you can do the best job possible.
